Step 1: Request an Inspection or Email Us to Start the Process & Receive Our Inspection Contract.

Step 2: Digitally Sign and Return the State Required Inspection Contract to Us.

Step 3: Pay Online for the Inspection Service(s) That You Are Requesting.

Follow these steps when making your online payment:

1. Click the “Pay Now” button to proceed to a secure online payment page.

2. Enter the total amount due in the “Amount” box.  Full payment required.

3. When prompted, enter your email address; so, a receipt can be sent to you.

4. Fill in all the required information for online payment to be fully processed.

To make your online payment now, simply click the “Pay Now” button below.

Step 4: *Once we have received your signed contract and full payment, we will contact you for scheduling your requested home inspection service.  Please note, nothing will happen until we receive your signed (state required) contract with us and full payment.  If no home inspection takes place, we will promptly issue you a refund.
